Promoting Excellence in hospitality education
Our aim is to promote excellence of education in the hospitality sector, and support the design and development of effective teaching programmes. We do this through our 'Train the Trainer' seminars, our Annual Conference and our provision of grants to assist the institutions to improve their teaching facilities.
For those responsible for educating the next generation of hospitality professionals, the seminars we run in many Central and Eastern European cities help to raise teaching standards, as do the technical libraries we have set up in Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Romania, Russia, Slovakia and the Ukraine, and the laboratory equipment we have provided for training kitchens in Plovdiv, Presov, Prague, Roman, Vilnius, Wisla, Opava, Bucharest, Odessa, Ohrid and Maribor.
